You have the idea, the event or the occasion and now it is time to add that wow-factor, that perfect entrance or something just that bit different that everyone will be talking about time and time again. How to start? Simply fill out our form and get in touch.

Step 2

Discovery Call

After your initial email outlining your event, the dates and expected guest numbers we will organise a Discovery Call, this free service gives a deep dive into your event and how we can help. This will be done either through Zoom or by phone.

Step 3

Inspiration Board

Following our discovery call, our event planners will work to compile ideas, colours and themes to create a mood board of your event.

Step 4

The Countdown begins

You've signed off on your exciting events wall and now you just sit back and wait for the day of your event! If you need us in the meantime we are on hand, especially in the days leading up to the event, but other than that you just need to get excited.

Step 5

The Day of the Event

We will set up with plenty of time for the launch of your event, taking as much stress from you as possible so you just need to enjoy the moment. Our team of professionals will work with your venue and any chosen drinks packages to provide the perfect service.

Step 6

Your Time to Shine

And that's it! You can now greet your guests with something they won't forget! So enjoy the party, enjoy the Wall and all you have to focus on is mingling with your guests. We'll take it from here.
